Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original ARKK shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
